I got into digital marketing because of one question I couldn’t stop thinking about. Why do some businesses show up everywhere, while equally good ones stay unnoticed?

I saw small businesses with great products and honest owners get ignored online. Their websites were slow or confusing. Their Google presence was empty. Meanwhile, others with an average offer but a sharper online presence kept getting the customers. It didn’t feel fair, and it didn’t feel like it had to be that way.
